These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you" or "your") and ART0 ("ART0" or "we" or "our" or "us") that governs your access to and use of our website (“Website”), the content and features therein (“Content”), and services ( collectively, "Services"). ART0 is not the creator, organiser or owner of the events listed on the Website. ART0 provides Services that allow artists to promote their events and build community. All content createors should ensure contents created on ART0 meet all applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations, and that the goods and services described on the event page are delivered as described and in an accurate and satisfactory manner.

You acknowledge that ART0 has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy or legality of any event or Content associated with an event, the truth or accuracy of any information provided by the content creators or the ability of any content creator to perform or actually complete a transaction. You understand and agree that some events listed on the Website may carry inherent risk, and by participating in those events, you choose to assume those risks voluntarily. Our Services can be used by anyone over 13 years old.

As a condition of your use of this Website, you may not:

  1. Trespass, break into, access, use or attempt to trespass, break into, access or use any other parts of our servers, and/or any data areas for which you have not been authorized by us
  2. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying this Website

Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, any component of this Website itself or any Information obtained through this Website which is protected by copyright, or other proprietary right, or create derivative works with respect thereto, without our prior written permission (unless otherwise specified by us in this Website or pursuant to separate licence granted by us);

You are responsible for the use of our Services and of any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others. Any hateful content or hate speech is not tolerated and will be removed upon discretion. Spreading hate speech or hateful content are grounds for revoking of your ART0-account. We are an inclusive space for artists and audiences. We promote diversity and inclusion. Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via ART0 or obtained by you through ART0 is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via ART0 or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive.
